disclosure required:
affiliates must clearly disclose that they earn commission from qualifying purchases. examples include #ad, #affiliate, or other clear disclosures in posts, videos, captions, and stories.
honest promotion only:
affiliates may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, medical, or disease-related claims about peak. products must be described honestly and in line with the information provided by peak.
commission and payouts:
affiliates earn 25% commission on tracked sales through their unique link or code and receive a reusable 10% off code for their audience. commissions are paid monthly. canceled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred orders do not qualify.
approval and account status:
applications are reviewed manually. peak may approve or decline any application at its discretion. affiliate accounts may be removed from the program at any time for violating the program terms or misrepresenting the brand.
brand use:
affiliates may use approved peak content and product images when available, but may not impersonate peak, create fake discount pages, run spam, bid on branded search ads, or present themselves as employees or official representatives of the company.
